What do I need to create a Choosey video card?

You can create a video greetings card on from any computer.  Personal videos can be uploaded from your computer or via the Choosey App, which runs on both Android and Apple devices.  We recommend using iPhone 5 (or later) or iPad 3 (or later), running iOS 8.1 (or later).  Android devices must have version 2.3 (Gingerbread) and above installed.

Videos can be watched via the Choosey app on a smartphone or tablet, online from any computer and additionally, they can be downloaded to keep forever.


What do you do with my payment and personal details?

We take your security very seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We use SSL which is a highly advanced security system.  All of the personal information you enter is encrypted by secure server software before it is safely transmitted across the internet. Your credit and debit card details are not recorded or stored in our website or database.  The card details you enter are encrypted and transferred securely only to our payment service provider for authorization.


Are your products ethically made?

We have high standards and demand decent, humane working conditions for everyone employed in the making of our cards. Our supplier selection requires all manufacturers to comply with local laws and also meet with our Standards of Manufacturing Practices.


How can I pay?

We accept most major Debit and Credit Cards and PayPal.  

All payments are processed for us by PayPal, but don't worry, that doesn't mean you have to use PayPal!  When you come to pay, you will be taken to PayPal, but from here simply select Checkout As A Guest and pay with your usual debit or credit card.


Can I create multiple cards going to different addresses on one order?

Not yet – but soon!  For now, when you create lots of cards on one order, they are all posted to the same address.  If you want them posted to different people or addresses, each card must be created on a separate order.


Aagh…. What was my username?

It’s the email address you used when signing up.


I’ve forgotten my password…

For security, we don’t keep a record of passwords.  Please click on the Forgotten Password link in the login area and we’ll email you a new one.  You can change your password anytime in the My Account section.


When will my cards be sent?

a)   Orders received Monday-Friday before 12:00 noon GMT will be processed the same day

b)   Orders received Monday-Friday after 12:00 noon GMT will be processed the next working day

c)    Orders received at weekends or Federal/Public holidays will be processed the next working day


How long till my card arrives?

How do I know my card is on its way?

You will receive an email confirming your order.


I haven’t received a confirmation email

These can take up to 15 minutes, but if you still haven’t got it, email customer service and we’ll get it resent.  Alternatively, login to My Account and check your order details there.  If it’s not showing, email our support team!


My card hasn’t arrived! 

Please email our customer service team who will look into this and sort out any problem.


How much is postage?

Within the US, a standard (A5) or square card starts at 99¢.  US Postage for large (A4) cards is from $1.20.  

Postage to the rest of the world is from $1.20 for a medium or square card and from $1.81 for a large card.


Can I use special characters, foreign languages or emojis?

You can use any characters that are supported by the font you have chosen. If they show on your screen, they’ll print!


Can I change my order?

You can’t change an order, however you can cancel an order until your order status on the system changes to “IN PRINT”.  You can then replace your order with a new one.


There’s a mistake or problem with the order

Please email us and describe the problem as clearly as possible.  Make sure you add your usual email address and phone number so there’s no delay in contacting you!


Help! I made a mistake when personalising the card...

Unfortunately we can only refund or replace cards if there was a fault in the printing or they were damaged during delivery. Please see our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy
