1. Returns and refunds
We do our best to make sure your products are delivered in perfect condition, but occasionally a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty in some way or has been damaged in delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know as soon as possible. We will then arrange a replacement card or refund.
2. Reporting a problem
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing email@example.com.
You will need to quote your order number, the email address you have registered and the details of the problem with the order.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and will do our best to resolve it within 14 days.
3. Returning products and issuing refunds
Where an item is faulty, we may ask you to return it to us within three days of receipt. Our Returns address is: Customer Services, Choosey Limited, Suite 22F, 2nd Floor, Elizabeth House, 39 York Road, London SE1 7NQ, UK.
Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit/debit card that you paid with or if purchased through with a Gift Card, we will refund the amount to your Gift Card balance. Alternatively, we may offer to replace the item free of charge. Please note that we do not offer both a refund and a replacement.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalization is misspelled or incorrectly input by you at time of order placement.
It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding issues with your order and/or the product(s) you have ordered. We need to be informed of any issues within 3 days of the delivery to quickly resolve any issue.
Should we ask you to return the product(s), please reuse the original packaging (if possible) and affix the below label.
